Coconut Joe’s Product Returns and Credits
Coconut Joe’s Product Returns and credits cannot be processed without prior authorization. All returns must be pre-authorized by the Customer Service department between the hours of 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST Monday – Friday.
Returned items must be in original condition, resalable condition and returned within three weeks of purchase date. Used or opened merchandise may not be returned under any circumstances. Most returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We cannot authorize the return of overstock merchandise – order often and as needed! Refused packages are subject to a 20% restocking free.
Damages and Discrepancies
All discrepancies and/or damages must be reported to Coconut Joe’s Trading Co. ™ within five days of receipt of merchandise. Please contact Customer Service to initiate the claims process and to receive credit or replacement merchandise. Do not discard damaged product and packaging until advised to do so by our Customer Service department.
While we guarantee our products to arrive undamaged and properly packaged, we cannot guarantee that customers will always enjoy the flavor, smell, or function of a product. We offer products in a variety of sizes, in part, so that customers can test and experience our flavors, oils, and other ingredients in small quantities before deciding to purchase larger sizes/quantities. We cannot give refunds or exchanges on opened bottles, so we strongly advise customers to order small sizes until they have experience with a Coconut Joe’s product and are happy with the results. Coconut Joe’s makes no warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, as to the fitness for a particular purpose, suitability, or usage of its products.
Coconut Joe’s Trading Co. ™ disclaims liability for any and all consequential damages arising out of and related to the use of its products. The user assumes all risks associated with the use of Coconut Joe’s products, whether used singly or in combination with other substances, and the user’s sole remedy shall be limited to a full refund of purchase price of product or replacement if it fails to conform to the specifications set forth as labeled.
Back-orders and Out-of-Stock
If we are “out of stock” on any item(s) on your order, the order will be held if we feel the “out-of-stock” item can be produced or obtained within two to three days. Please allow time for us to completely fill your order. If we find that there will be extensive delays, we will contact you to notify you of the shortage.
If an item is out-of-stock and the original order cannot be shipped complete, the out-of-stock item will be removed from the order and shipping charges adjusted accordingly. Item(s) dropped from the original order will not be automatically back-ordered and shipped at a later date. Customer will need to re-order the out-of-stock merchandise. Shipping charges apply to “re-orders”.
